Using the store

You agree to provide accurate information, use the website lawfully, and keep your account credentials secure. Guest checkout may be used without creating an account.

Products and availability

We work to keep descriptions, images, variants, prices, and quantities accurate. Availability can change before an order is confirmed. We may correct genuine listing errors or cancel an affected order and notify you.

Orders

Submitting checkout creates an order request. We may contact you to confirm the order or delivery information. An order may be cancelled if information is invalid, stock is unavailable, or misuse is suspected.

Price, delivery, and payment

Prices are displayed in US dollars. A fixed $5 delivery charge is shown in cart and checkout. Payment is Cash on Delivery and is due when the order arrives.

Returns

Return requests are subject to the conditions on our Orders & Returns page. Items should be kept complete and in their original condition while a request is reviewed.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, BossElectro is not responsible for indirect losses, misuse of products, service interruptions outside our reasonable control, or inaccurate information supplied by a customer.
