Request a return
Contact support promptly with the order number, item, and reason. Do not discard the product, packaging, accessories, or included materials.
Wait for instructions
Support will review eligibility and explain collection, inspection, replacement, or refund steps where applicable.
Important: Do not send an item back before receiving return instructions. Items damaged by misuse, missing parts, or returned in a materially changed condition may not qualify.
