Will the magnet damage my smartphone’s internal components? No. The magnets used in the Proove Basic Pro are designed to be safe for modern smartphones. They do not interfere with GPS signals, cellular reception, or internal storage.

Do I need to stick something to my phone? Yes. The package includes a thin metal plate. You can stick this plate directly to the back of your phone, or simply place it inside your phone case. Once the plate is in place, your phone will instantly snap onto the holder.

Is it compatible with MagSafe iPhones? While it is a magnetic mount, for the strongest and most secure grip on bumpy roads, we recommend using the included metal plate, even with MagSafe-compatible iPhones, to ensure the phone does not shift.

Will it fit in any car vent? The clamp is designed to be universal and fits the majority of horizontal and vertical air vent slats. It is not recommended for circular or highly irregular rotating vents.
